Agreement accident insurance: Private security

What article 48 y anexo 2, apartado 15 sets

• Death from an accident, work related or not, 24 hours (2026 sum): €37,577.84
• Permanent total or absolute disability and severe disability from an accident, work related or not (2026 sum): €47,860.20

From 1 January 2027, the agreement sets:

• Death from an accident, work related or not, 24 hours (2027 sum): €38,893.06
• Permanent total or absolute disability and severe disability from an accident, work related or not (2027 sum): €49,535.31

The agreement requires the company to hold a policy for its staff.

Condition. The agreement raises the sums every 1 January until 2030. Official motor racing is excluded.
