What article 30 sets

  • Death, permanent total or absolute disability or severe disability from any accident or occupational disease: €30,000
  • Death, permanent total or absolute disability or severe disability from common illness: €24,000
  • Funeral expenses: €3,000

The agreement requires the company to hold a policy for its staff.

Condition. General cover, not only work related, which cannot be offset against another company policy.
