Who is behind SeguroLaboral?
LABORAL STACK DIGITAL, S.L., an insurance brokerage registered with the Spanish DGSFP under key J4590. You can check it in the public register.
Does requesting the review oblige me to buy insurance?
No. The review is a closed service: it tells you what your agreement requires and whether you comply, and you can fix it with your current broker or insurer.
Which documents do you need?
Your collective agreement, or your activity if you do not know it, how many people you employ by category and site, and your policy terms. No names, ID numbers or payslips.
When do I pay?
When you sign the contract, by bank transfer. Requesting it commits you to nothing, and we confirm the delivery date in writing before charging you.
What happens to my company data?
The brokerage processes it only to prepare your review, under contract and its privacy policy. We do not ask for health data.
When will I be able to buy the policies?
We are onboarding insurers for collective agreement insurance and health insurance. We can let you know as soon as they can be bought.
