What article 48 sets

  • Work accident, including commuting, 24 hours (the agreement does not break down the contingencies): €35,000

The agreement requires the company to hold a policy for its staff.

Condition. Paid by the pharmacy owner.

Article wording (Spanish): «Todo el personal de las Oficinas de Farmacia disfrutará de un seguro de accidentes de trabajo complementario, incluyendo el accidente producido in itinere, siempre y cuando el trayecto no se haya interrumpido voluntariamente, que contratarán los Farmacéuticos por su cuenta y cargo»
