What article 57 sets

  • Death, permanent absolute disability or severe disability from a work accident or occupational disease: €30,000
  • Permanent total disability from a work accident or occupational disease: €30,000

The agreement requires the company to hold a policy for its staff.

Condition. For active staff with six or more months of service. Each company sets how the premium is shared with staff. It does not apply if the company already covers these risks with policies that are more favourable overall.
